Our JOY (Just Older Youth) classes have been running for several years.  These classes are specifically programmed for slightly more mature bodies.

The classes will help you with your balance, flexibility, mobility and strength and we’ll do it without hurting you.

We aren’t a gym – we’re better!   We have a studio that allows us to train small groups with close supervision.
Be supported by like minded and friendly locals and be trained by an all female team who are invested in your and your health.

The classes are a strictly non-glamour zone AND we keep classes affordable for you at a reduced and flat rate of $10 per class.  Sound good?
