We have been training with seniors and the 60+ group for a long time and our classes are specifically programmed for the slightly more mature bodies.
Training with PTs who are experienced with training more mature bodies is really important.  We understand that more mature bodies shouldn’t be trained like a 20 year old body.

The classes will help you with your balance, flexibility, mobility and strength and we’ll do it without hurting you.

We aren’t a gym – we’re better!   We have a studio that allows us to train small groups with close supervision.
Be supported by like minded and friendly locals and be trained by an all female team who are invested in your and your health.

The classes are a strictly non-glamour zone AND we keep classes affordable for you at a reduced and flat rate of $10 per class.  Sound good?
