Equal portions of:
Beans / snowpeas / sugar snap peas (in pod)
Crushed garlic
Soy Sauce
Olive oil (or cooking oil of your choosing)


  1. Cut mushrooms to your desired eating shape - halved, quartered etc.
  2. Trim ends of beans / snow peas / sugar snap peas
  3. Heat small amount of oil in pan
  4. Stir fry mushrooms until just tender
  5. Add beans / snow peas / snap peas to pan
  6. Stir fry until bright green & still crisp
  7. Add 2 teaspoons garlic (or amount of your choosing) & 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  8. Stir fry for 30 seconds then serve immediately
  9. Sliced water chestnuts also add a nice crunch to these veggie dish - just add with beans
