2 cups rolled oats
1 cup quinoa flakes
1 cup chopped natural almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts (or other nut of your choice)
1 cup sultanas (or dried sour cherrie, dried blueberries etc.)
1 cup coconut flakes / shredded coconut
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup bran straws / oat bran straws
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)\
1 cup puffed amaranth (optional)
1 cup puffed quinoa (optional)
Any other chopped nut, seed or dried fruit you desire in 1/2 - 1 cup quanities


  1. Mix together in a large mixing bowl and store in an airtight container
  2. Serving size approx 1/3 cup
  3. Serve with yoghurt and berries of your choice
