A healthy filling & nutricious start to the day!
1 apple, unpeeled, quartered, core removed
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
Large pinch ground cinnamon
1/2 cup sultanas (optional)
1/4 cup chopped natural almonds or flaked almonds\
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- Coarsely grate the apple.
- Mix the apple, rolled oats, apple juice, yoghurt, nuts and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
- Enjoy for breakfast the following day with fresh seasonal berries & extra nuts or seeds.
