This class is designed and programmed exclusively for Mums with bubs or toddlers in prams.
We want to make it easy for Mums to get active again after having a baby!
Join us for a fun 45 minute outdoor walking-group style class at Arana Hills or Samford where you can bring your baby or toddler & exercise with other mums in a friendly & supportive environment.
- Classes guided by an experienced female SRE qualified personal trainer (SRE – safe return to exercise accredited)
- Improved mood, relieved stress & less chance of postpartum depression
