This class is designed and programmed exclusively for Mums with bubs or toddlers.  If you’ve been looking for a class you can bring your little ones to without having to leave them in a creche or with a stranger, look no further!
We want to make it easy for Mums to get active again after having a baby!

Shout out to all Mums on Brisbane’s northside – we have a class for Mums and Bubs.  This is a judgement-free zone where you can wear pyjama bottoms if you’re having a bad day – you won’t be judged.

Join us for a fun 45 minute outdoor circuit-style class in Samford where you can bring your baby or toddler & exercise with other mums in a friendly & supportive environment.

  • Classes guided by an experienced female SRE qualified personal trainer (SRE – safe return to exercise accredited)
  • Improved mood, relieved stress & less chance of postpartum depression
  • Restore muscle strength & tone
  • A key focus on abdominal & pelvic floor muscles
  • A fun, social class where you are surrounded by other Mums
