Wanting to start exercise?  Are you over 60? Don’t like gyms?  Worried about keeping up?

We have been training with the 60+ group for many years and our classes are specifically programmed for the more mature bodies.
Training with PTs who are experienced with training more mature bodies is really important.  We understand that yous shouldn’t be trained like a 20 year old.

Our classes will help you with your balance, flexibility, mobility and strength.  You’ll meet other down to earth people in your own age group and we’ll train you without hurting you.

We aren’t a gym – we’re better!   We have a studio that allows us to train small groups with close supervision.
Be supported by like minded and friendly locals and be trained by an all female team who are invested in your and your health.

The classes are a strictly non-glamour zone AND we keep classes affordable for you at a reduced and flat rate of $10 per class.  Sound good?
