We have been training the more mature age group for many years and our classes are designed for your more mature body.
You will be training with instructors who are experienced in training older bodies and this is really important.  We  understand that if you are 55 or above you shouldn’t be trained like a twenty year old.

Our classes focus on balance, flexibility, mobility and strength.  You’ll be surrounded by other like minded local people in your own age group.  Even better is that we’ll train you without hurting you.

We aren’t a gym – we’re a boutique exercise studio.   Our studio that allows us to train smaller groups and therefore we will supervise you very closely.
We keep classes affordable at a flat rate of $10 per class.  Why?  Because we want everyone to be able to live independently for as long as possible.
