Are you 55+ years young? Do you want to improve your balance, mobility and strength?

We have been training with the 55+ group for a long time.  Our classes are specifically programmed for more mature bodies so you won’t be doing push ups or burpees with us.  The fact is you don’t need to be doing that stuff when your 55+ and returning to exercise.

Our classes will help you with your balance, flexibility, mobility and strength which are all REALLY important things when we age, and we’ll do it without hurting you or pushing you beyond your limits.

We aren’t a gym – we’re better!   We have a studio that allows us to train small groups with close supervision.
Be supported by like minded people of your own age and be trained by an all female team who are invested in you and your health.

The classes are a strictly non-glamour zone AND we keep classes affordable for you at a reduced and flat rate of $10 per class.  Sound good?
