We specialize in exercise with the 50+ demographic and we absolutely LOVE it! Come and try our low impact classes that are programmed for YOUR 50+ body. These classes focus on improving your balance and flexibility as well as improving your balance and general levels of fitness. We also ensure that you do exercises that help improve bone density. This is important stuff!
We do listen to age appropriate music (no doof doof) and we don’t take ourselves too seriously during class (we like to laugh and have fun). But that doesn’t mean we don’t take your health and fitness seriously. We do!
