Come and try our JOY (Just Older Youth) classes that have been specifically designed and programmed for the slightly more mature bodies.  We will help you with your balance, flexibility, mobility and strength and we’ll do it without hurting you.  Be supported by like minded and friendly locals and be trained by an all female team who are invested in your and your health.  We aren’t a gym and you are never just a member to us! (Yes, that is a REAL picture of a REAL class!!)
