Mums and Bubs classes ARE BACK!!!  Put your little ones in their pram and strap on your shoes!

Due to popular demand Mums and Bubs is back!!   Our classes are programmed exclusively for Mums with bubs or toddlers, with added benefit of you being able to bring your little ones to class.  You don’t have to leave them in a creche or feel guilty about doing something for yourself – and let’s face it, Mums are very good at putting themselves last.
You won’t be frowned on if you have to stop and feed, nuture a med-class meltdown or change your bub – we understand!!  We just want to make it easy for you to come along, plus we want you to have some fun and get to know some other local Mums in your area while getting some exercise!

We operate a strictly non-competitive, anti-glamazon environment.  Having a bad day?  Wear your pj bottoms – we won’t bat an eyelid.  Running late? Still come along even if you’re 20 minutes late!  Bring a blankey and some snacks if you have a toddler and set them up to play in while you do something for yourself.  It’s not selfish to look after yourself – it’s 100% healthy for you and your family.
