1.  We have small classes, so you will be well supervised

5.  We are strictly a “no glamour” zone – no mirrors, no lycra clad gym bunny trainers, just real people who really care about you and your health
6.  We put the personal back into training – if you are missing from class we WILL follow up and check on you; not to guilt you but to ensure you are okay and to check if there’s anything we can help with
7.  We don’t tie you up on long term contracts; you pay for what you use, no contracts or special conditions

Group exercise is a great way to maintain motivation as well as meet some like minded other locals and make new friends.

The majority of our classes are held at Arana Hills and we have over 13 classes every week and something to suit everyone.
