If you live in Arana Hills, Ferny Hills, Ferny Grove, Bunya, Everton Park, McDowall, Mitchelton or Keperra then there is a group fitness class just waiting for you to try it out.

Our sessions are for all age groups and levels of fitness.   The classes are moderate to high intensity without all the yelling and intimidation you might find elsewhere.  We have several different classes over different times during the week that are designed to increase your fitness and endurance levels, burn fat and tone the body while still having fun in a supportive and friendly environment.

From boxing  to core workouts, circuits and yoga – we can accommodate almost any request.

Group exercise is a great way to maintain motivation as well as meet some like minded others.  We won’t ask you to sign a contract, but we almost guarantee you’ll want to stay.

All of our classes are held at Arana Hills in a church hall so you won’t get wet if it rains, you will not be exercising in the blistering Qld sun, and there is ample off street parking with the added bonus of no intimidating gym environments.
